Information We Collect

• Account information, such as username, email address, password authentication data, profile avatar, and account settings.
• Content you create or upload, such as messages, support tickets, community content, server ownership information, images, and avatars.
• Steam account information if you choose to sign in with or link Steam, such as Steam ID, Steam name, avatar, and related public profile data.
• Billing and transaction-related records when you buy or use GameTracker credits. Payment processing may be handled by PayPal or another payment provider.
• Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser or app version, device type, operating system, logs, and security events.
• Push notification tokens if you enable notifications in the mobile app.

Camera And Photos

The GameTracker mobile app may request camera or photo access so you can choose and upload images, such as chat images, profile avatars, or group avatars. We only process images you choose to upload. We do not use camera or photo access for advertising or background monitoring.

How We Use Information

• To provide accounts, login, messaging, server tracking, communities, support, billing, and other GameTracker features.
• To store and display user-uploaded content that you choose to share through the service.
• To send service notifications, including message notifications, if you enable push notifications.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
• To analyze performance, fix bugs, improve reliability, and understand how the service is used.

Analytics And Services

We may use analytics and infrastructure providers, including Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Firebase or Google services, Expo services, PayPal, hosting providers, email providers, and storage providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and may have their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate GameTracker, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of GameTracker or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and keep the service secure. Some public or shared content may remain visible until it is removed by you or by GameTracker.

Your Choices

• You can update account and profile information in your account settings where available.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• You can deny camera or photo permissions; features that require image upload may not work without those permissions.
• You can request account deletion or contact us for help with personal data requests.

Children

GameTracker is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
