Using The Service

GameTracker provides game server tracking, rankings, community features, messaging, and related tools. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools against the Service outside of any documented public APIs.
• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harassing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent ownership of a server or community.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud, including billing or credit fraud.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to GameTracker, such as messages, server descriptions, community content, and images. By submitting content, you grant GameTracker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Server Tracking And Third-Party Data

GameTracker tracks publicly available data from game servers and connected platforms (including Discord, where our bot has been added by a server administrator) to display status, player counts, and related statistics. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party servers or platforms, or for downtime on our end caused by changes to those platforms.

Billing And Credits

Some features, such as server boosts, may require GameTracker credits purchased through PayPal or another supported payment provider. Purchases are subject to the payment provider's own terms. Credits and purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to GameTracker, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of tracked server or community data.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTracker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
